We are committed to our clients for supporting throughout the product life cycle. Radoss Labcare was the first and still one of the few Indian companies to offer Annual Maintenance agreement after the expiry of the warranty period of products supplied by us. Radoss Labcare’s equipment will provide years of trouble free usage with preventive maintenance.
Warranty
Radoss Labcare Manufacturing, we ensure the highest quality of laboratory equipment and support for our clients. Our dedicated and Experienced Quality Assurance experts inspect every unit before shipment. Our large range of warranties for Radoss Labcare products provide an additional safety net against downtime and ensure peace of mind.
- The warranty Claim is made in the period of time specified in the quotation.
- The proof of purchase by bill of sale or receipted invoice is submitted concurrently with the claim and shows that the product is within the applicable warranty period to Customer Service of Sheldon Manufacturing Inc.; and
- The purchaser complies with Procedures for Returns listed under the General Terms and Conditions.
- The purchaser complies with all the manufacturers’s requirements.
The warranty is in force from the date of shipment from Radoss Labcare manufacturing facility. The warranty period begins on the day the customer receives the product, but not later than 60 days after the date of shipment from Radoss Labcare manufacturing facility. Radoss Labcare Manufacturing, Inc. reserves the right, at its discretion, to fulfill warranty claims with refurbished or reconditioned parts or units.
